Business Sustainability Consulting
VECCI have a range of sustainability assessments to choose from that will reduce your resources, save you money and contribute to a healthier planet. All assessments are carried out by VECCI’s Sustainability Consultants on your business site/s. All assessments will help in setting emissions reduction targets, monitoring sustainability progress, and communicating and raising environmental awareness both internally and externally.
Sustainability Assessment
In this 2 hour assessment an experienced VECCI Sustainability Consultant will assess your resources, waste, energy and water use and identify saving opportunities. This is your chance to discuss your business needs and sustainability goals. You will receive a detailed report covering sustainable business recommendations.
Energy Assessment
This 2 hour assessment is designed to provide you with cost effective ideas to reduce your energy bills and overall carbon footprint. Our consultants will conduct a review of your energy usage including lighting, heating/cooling, appliances, machinery and vehicles; in order to identify any potential energy saving and efficiency opportunities. You will receive a detailed report covering consumption and energy saving recommendations.
Waste Assessment
This assessment looks at your organisation's waste streams to identify waste minimisation opportunities. It encompasses a waste audit which is based on one day's waste streams output and includes measuring and recording weights of waste types such as: organic, paper, plastic, cans and industrial waste. You will receive a detailed report with recommendations and tailored advice on waste minimisation actions.
Carbon Footprint
This assessment will give you an insight into your organisation's yearly carbon footprint. It involves collection of energy usage and consumption data, and an explanation of carbon accounting principles/processes. The assessment ensures all possible emissions sources have been collected and accounted for (e.g. energy bills, fuel usage, records of flights, waste collections and business travel). You will receive a detailed report covering your business’ emissions profile and carbon reducing recommendations.
