Investigations Training – Harassment and Bullying Complaints
One of VECCI’s Business Excellence courses
Why we developed this program
Complaints of harassment and bullying continue to increase. But with an increasing number of organisations offering accessible, high quality internal resolution processes, many complaints are now successfully resolved 'in house'. By avoiding the trauma of a more formal/legalistic process, this benefits all parties to the complaint. Your internal investigator plays a critical role in ensuring your complaints process is followed in a timely, confidential and fair manner. Using practical cases, examples and skill-building activities, this program will provide your investigators with the knowledge, skills and confidence necessary to conduct investigations into harassment and bullying complaints.
