Management/Supervisor Session

One of VECCI’s Business Excellence courses

Why we developed this program

The law is very clear - as an employer, you will be held liable under vicarious liability provisions for unlawful discrimination, harassment and bullying of your staff. You must take proactive measures to prevent these situations from occurring in your workplace through a variety of interventions, such as ensuring all your employees are aware of each other's rights and responsibilities under the various relevant legislation. Furthermore, should an 'issue of concern' or 'complaint' be made, you must be able to successfully manage it through either an informal or formal approach. This program will show you how successfully manage both scenarios, and use early intervention to ensure issues are 'nipped in the bud'.

Who should attend

Executives, general management and those who have supervisory responsibilities.
