Why we developed this program
While most of us believe we can identify the causes of stress in our workplace and personal lives, very few know how to cope with it successfully.
This program addresses that knowledge gap. By improving your understanding of your reactions to stress and your personal coping skills, you can move on to exploring ways to better manage situations in the workplace and in your personal relationships. You will also receive an overview of what may constitute work related stress, and strategies on how to address this with the support of appropriate resources.
