Increasingly Managers and Supervisors are required to manage circumstances whereby their employee/s are feeling stressed at work. VECCI are increasingly being asked to assist and advise employers with stressed employees. This program addresses that knowledge and skills gap, by improving the Managers and Supervisors ability to work through the issues to enable improved outcomes to both employee and their line managers alike.
