Why we developed this program

The Myers Briggs Typology Indicator (MBTI) provides an easy-to-use, logical and orderly model for understanding other people's behaviour. It's also a tool that can be used to aid self-awareness, communicate more effectively, manage conflict, problem solve, develop leadership and enhance team functioning.
In this workshop style program, you'll complete a MBTI questionnaire that will assist you with self-development. You will learn how to use its results, and then apply this knowledge by engaging with personality types different to your own. The skills you gain will be useful to you not just in your workplace, but life in general.
