VECCI Human Resources Management Certificate

VECCI has responded to a number of our members, clients and customers seeking a Human Resource Management Program for line managers who find themselves responsible for the Human Resource function as part of their broad role.

We were advised they wanted the knowledge to carry out this function within their organisation, but did not have an interest necessarily in Human Resource Management as a career.
 
Accordingly, we have developed a non-accredited VECCI Human Resource Management Certificate with a core of four subjects, seen as integral to a broad understanding of the key topic areas.  In addition, the participant can select two other one-day programs from our extensive range of topics covering further HR management functions such as industrrial relations, equal opportunity, occupational health and safety and/or workers compensation.

This certificate can be completed within twelve months. Cost $1,800 for VECCI Members $2,160 for Non-Members.
