Know Your Award - Victorian Local Authorities Award 2001 It is important that all respondents understand how to interpret and apply the Award. There are some particularly complex provisions that can be easily misunderstood. To gain maximum benefit from application of the award it is critical that all aspects are properly applied.

The workshop is primarily aimed at HR staff, payroll staff, and managers/ coordinators who need an appreciation and understanding of the award.

This workshop will provide an overview of all of the significant clauses and will highlight flexibilities that are currently available and identify changes resulting from federal legislation.
