Why we developed this program
In this half day workshop style program, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) provides a spotlight to help participants see and understand more clearly what is really involved in a conflict situation. By incorporating type awareness, and particularly awareness of how personality types tend to present themselves in a conflict, participants can better strategise how to approach conflict, communicate when in conflict with others, and resolve conflict situations, for more harmonious working with others.
Participants complete a MBTI questionnaire prior to attending the program. During the program participants will gain awareness of their personality type and how it guides them in conflict situations. Participants will be provided with opportunity to explore their own type to discover how type and conflict are linked, and learning a model for harnessing type awareness in conflict management.
This program will show participants that conflict in itself is not a problem - it is the way individuals handle it that makes the difference to its outcome.

Individuals at all levels from all industries who seek to improve the way they deal with conflict, defuse potential conflict situations, or resolve a conflict situation to achieve win-win outcomes. Participants are asked to complete an on-line assessment before the program commences and receive a Conflict Style Report on the day.
