Stephen Grech is the Lean Director and founder of Doing Business Better; a productivity improvement specialist company established to assist small and medium sized businesses, not-for-profit organisations and government agencies to save time, reduce costs and increase productivity by eliminating non value adding activity.
Stephen has introduced the Lean Thinking business improvement philosophy to Victoria's largest government departments and has implemented a number of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S in the Office and Lean organisational improvement projects in the public and private sectors. Stephen is widely known for his remarkable success in developing a NEW culture of continuous improvement.
