Why we developed this program

A team that works well together is not a chance event. In this one day interactive program, the Myer Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) provides a spotlight to help people in organisations understand themselves and their behaviour, appreciate others so as to make constructive use of individual differences, and see that approaching problems in different ways can be healthy and productive for a team.
In this program, participants complete a MBTI questionnaire, learn how to interpret the results, and then apply this knowledge by engaging with personality types that are similar and different to their own. Preferences are also analysed to discover and appropriately manage potential areas of strengths and weaknesses within the team.

Who should attend

Designed for individuals or team from the same organisation who would like to build an understanding and appreciation of different styles within a team to improve team communication and interaction.

• Determining MBTI personality type by completing a questionnaire
• Exploring own preferences and differences in personality
• Understanding how different perspectives and methods can lead to improved team functioning
• Identifying ways to use differences constructively to build a more effective team
