Enterprise Connect (a Federal Government Initiative) provides comprehensive support to Victorian small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), to help them become more innovative, efficient and competitive.
Eligible firms can access a comprehensive business review, delivered at no cost to the firm; and $20,000 matched funding, to support change and innovation tailored to the individual firm’s needs.
SMEs face many challenges in today’s increasingly global marketplace, but today’s business environment also brings opportunities. Enterprise Connect is designed to help SMEs acquire the knowledge, tools and expertise to improve productivity, increase competitiveness and fully capitalise on their growth potential.

Who is eligible - Enterprise Connect is available to established SMEs that:
- have an Australian Company Number (ACN) & Australian Business Number (ABN)
- must be solvent
- have been trading for the last three years (i.e. completed Business Activity Statements)
- have not received similar assistance from other government (Australian, State or Territory) programs within the last three years.
Note: turn over between $2 million and $100 million a year for Manufacturing, Resources and Defence; Over $1 for Tourism, Creative and Clean Technology
