Cultural workshops

All Australian workplaces today require the ability to work with people from many different cultures. Are you among the majority of Australians whose staff members, suppliers, customers, clients or colleagues come from different cultures?

Communicating with people from these different backgrounds requires being open to difference, flexibility, and observation and adaptation skills.

Workshop content

To assist in understanding and managing the workforce better, VECCI and Culture Works have put together an interactive half-day intercultural workshop that highlights the most important cultural traits Australians need to be aware of to facilitate interactions with colleagues/employees from Asia, the Subcontinent, Africa, Europe, North and South America.

The workshop will also provide specific cultural rules and principles that can be used immediately to facilitate communication with people from outside your own cultural group and assist to depersonalise cultural differences to improve employer-employee relations.

Who should attend

The half-day workshop is ideally suited to CEOs, Human Resource managers, general managers, team leaders and all others who supervise a team of staff.
