VTIC Quarterly Forum: 'Being Culturally Savvy - Meeting the Needs of Culturally Diverse Customers' - 10 June 2009
At Industry House on 10 June, a panel of experts imparted their knowledge on how to meet the needs of culturally diverse customers. The following speakers presented on; Victoria’s visitor statistics, how culturally savvy businesses are cashing in on meeting the needs of these customers, how to market your business to meet these customer's needs and how to specifically attract and meet the needs of Asian customers.
