Peter Vitale is a Principal of CCI Lawyers. Peter has over 15 years' experience practising in employment and industrial relations law. Peter established CCI Lawyers for the Victorian Employers' Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI) after being a partner at a large international law firm. Peter has advised Australian and international businesses on all aspects of the employment relationship, including industrial disputes, employment issues in mergers and acquisitions, employment agreements and termination of employment. He is a contributing author to CCH's Master Human Resources Guide (now in its 6th Edition) and publishes regular employment law updates for the SmartCompany.com.au online magazine for entrepreneurs.

Meaghan Bare has recently joined CCI Lawyers after over 10 years in the employment law practice of a large international law firm. She has provided advice to a variety of clients over the years on all areas of employment law, including on termination issues and claims, restructuring and redundancy situations and workplace relations compliance. In addition to her practical experience, Meaghan also has a Master of Labour Relations Law from the University of Melbourne.

Vicki Moulatsiotis joined CCI Lawyers as a Senior Associate from the commencement of the practice in July 2006. Prior to joining CCI Lawyers, Vicki practised as a solicitor at a large international law firm for five years and subsequently was engaged in a generalist human resources role at a major financial institution in Melbourne. Vicki practises in all areas of employment and industrial relations law and has provided legal and strategic advice to a wide range of commercial and industry clients in both litigated and non-contentious areas.
