VECCI's Consultants are regularly asked to conduct audits into the health/well-being of employees within an organisation. The Workplace Health Audit is an effective intervention tool when there are indicators of discord and anxiety that have the potential to impact on the health and well-being of individuals, team dynamics and business outcomes.

Indicators may include

  • Employees experiencing low morale
  • Teams in conflict
  • Increase in absenteeism
  • Turnover of staff
  • Marked deterioration in staff behaviour
  • Anxiety of staff owing to intimidatory behaviour - without formal complaints

The Workplace Health Audit interviews staff individually on a confidential basis to ascertain what the undercurrent is that is causing the presenting behaviour. Through the process, the Consultant gains an understanding of the issues and suggests a range of practical measures to resolve the problem.
