EMDG
The Export Market Development Grants (EMDG) scheme, administered by Austrade, is the Australian Government's principal financial assistance program for aspiring and current exporters.
EMDG:
- encourages small and medium sized Australian businesses to develop export markets.
- Reimburses up to 50% of expenses incurred on elegible export promotional activities, less the first $15,000
- you spend the money first and then you claim a grant from Austrade from the beginning of the next financial year
- Provides up to seven grants to each eligible application
