HMAA (Victoria) is continually working for accommodation owners and operators, lobbying with various levels of government on behalf of members and representing members on various boards and committees. Regular tourism, hospitality and accomodation news updates are produced to keep members informed of current issues affecting the accommodation industry.
Provision of industrial relations and human resources services is a major function of the Alliance. These services include negotiation of awards/industrial agreements, interpretation of those documents, representation of members in industrial disputes, enterprise agreements, contracts of employment etc. for the tourism industry.

VECCI Training
VECCI's Training Department schedules more than 300 short courses and trains more than 10,000 people each year. There has also been rapid growth in demand for fully customised on-site training and VECCI now delivers hundreds of these programs to businesses each year.
