Rural and Regional Tourism

VTIC provided a submission and gave evidence at a public hearing in early June to the Inquiry into Rural and Regional Tourism. The Inquiry is continuing to hold public hearings throughout the remainder of 2007 and VTIC will advise members when the final report is released in early 2008.

Workforce Challenges Facing the Australian Tourism Sector

VTIC also provided a submission to the Report into Workforce Challenges Facing the Australian Tourism Sector and the final report includes several of VTIC's recommendations.
