VECCI's reach extends beyond Victoria through a number of national and international affiliations.
 
As a foundation member of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), VECCI is able to play an active role on behalf of Victorian employers in the consideration of national issues impacting on the local business community.
 
VECCI is also a partner with other state-based Chambers in Australian ChamberNet, providing for national account managed relationships with larger organisations operating in more than one state.
 
Internationally, VECCI is supported by  long-standing partnerships with international Chambers of Commerce and contacts developed through the International Trade Department.

State Affiliations

Melbourne Chamber of Commerce

VECCI is a foundation member of the Melbourne Chamber of Commerce. Other members include: Australian Retailers' Association Victoria, Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce, Housing Industry Association, Master Builders Association (Vic.), Property Council of Australia, Real Estate Institute of Victoria, Tourism Council of Victoria (Vic.).

Victorian Tourism Industry Council (VTIC)

The Victorian Tourism Industry Council was launched in October 2001 to represent the key associations and operators within Victoria's tourism industry and to provide one united industry voice.

VTIC foundation members include VECCI, Australia Hotels Association, Country Victoria Tourism Council, Hotel Motel Accommodation Association of Victoria, Melbourne Convention and Visitors Bureau, Victorian Caravan Parks Association.

National Affiliations

Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI)

The Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the peak council for Australian business associations, representing more than 350,000 businesses through Chambers of Commerce in each State and Territory, and a nation-wide network of industry associations.

ACCI operates at a national and international level, making sure the concerns of business are represented to government at a federal level and to the community at large.

Australian Chambernet

Through its membership of Australian Chambernet, VECCI is able to meet the needs of companies operating nationally, or in two or more states.

Australian Chambernet brings together the collective resources of the nation's state-based Chambers, providing for national account managed relationships with larger business organisations.

All of the business chambers participating in Australian ChamberNet are foundation members of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI).

International Affiliations

International Chamber of Commerce (ICC)

VECCI has access to a strong international network through its membership of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

The ICC is the world business organisation, promoting an open international trade and investment system and the market economy. Its wide range of services include the ICC International Court of Arbitration, the world's leading arbitral institution.
