(Some 35% of businesses in this country will have ceased to exist 5 years from now if historic trends continue. Lack of specific business performance awareness - and hence inaction when it was badly needed - is commonly cited as one of the main reasons.)
BRB is an online service (no new software required), takes a maximum, once-off, 5 minutes from signing and data entry till you start receiving your first reports. And reports are such that (critically) any business owner / manager / director / staff member is able to interpret and act on them without outside assistance.
BRB also has extensive key performance indicator (KPI) reporting services. They allow you to report on any KPIs for your business. (The BRB 8KPI service is $85 / quarter and is ideal for not only typical businesses but for franchise bodies as well.)
